I was greeted and looked after by Ashley Mlambo who was really approachable and supportive when finding the perfect car suited to me. Leo was also very friendly and accommodating in helping me; excellent manager. They both provided me with extra assistance when necessary and I felt very comfortable trusting this professional workplace. Thanks for the great service :)

I needed an oil change urgently but next availability was over a month. That's very poor workforce planning.The receptionist was very blunt, rude and abrupt when I spoke to her and showed no empathy at all. While unhappy that they can't organise themselves effectively, being rude is just not necessary.I managed to get booked in at Northampton instead within 2 weeks. Staff were totally different at Northampton site compared to MK.It is clear that this MK site need to get their ducks in a line and sort out their service levels pretty quickly. Not impressed at all and I won't be using this branch again.

Disappointed with my overall experience with Marshall Skoda Milton Keynes (MSMK). I bought my approved used Skoda in February 2022, at the time I picked up my car and was advised that the “SOS button and dashboard noice” need to be replaced and would be fixed in the following month. However, after 2months, I still didn’t hear any news from MSMK and I called the agent and got a replied that due to parts shortage and staffs shortage, the car cannot be fixed shortly. Finally, the car was fixed in late May 2022.I also bought a service package from MSMK. I found it very difficult to make an appointment. Quite a few times, I left my car in their shop and then was advised the service is not availed in the coming week due to staff issue. I had to pick my car back without service and made another appointment. After the 1st oil service, I found my car key is reprogrammed so my spare key is not useable. I had to visit the shop again to get my spare key for reprogramming.It is time to arrange MOT for the car (2019plate), I made an online MOT booking with MSMK because it is still within the warranty period. I found that on its website it said there are available time slots. Then I booked in, but again the MSMK service team called back they didn’t have any availabile slots until “End of Feb”! It is almost 50 days from now!I am so disappointed the customer service of MSMK and wonder how they manage their service team.

Have just purchased a car from Faye..Faye and Leo were excellent throughout the process and very helpful.. Would certainly recommend this branch, great service!

Dealt with Ioana Blaj to purchase my Karoq. A very straightforward, professional and pleasant buying experience. No sales BS, all my questions and needs answered for. Would recommend asking for Ioana if buying from Marshalls MK.

I hesitated for a long time whether to write this review, but finally decided to write it.My first Skoda adventure. I had many cars and I have never encountered such an unprofessional approach to the customer.Waiting for the service is at least a month.Last year the car was immobilized due to a coolant leak.Having two small children without a car is a real nightmare. The car was accepted for service after a few days but repaired after about 4 weeks without a courtesy car.In mid-February, another problem with the car.Appointment booked for mid-March.I received a call the day before that an one of the employee from service team had just left. I got an offer to visit at the beginning of April. Unfortunately, the employee from customer service did not confirm by e-mail as I asked, so I had a problem to prove that such a conversation took place at all. In the meantime, the car created more problems. Now, there are about 5 different things that do not allow the car to be functional and fully usable. Another visit confirmed in early May, when I wanted to confirm whether this visit and the courtesy car that I need, it turned out that it was not booked for this time. No reliability, once again. I think it's high time to improve communication with the customer and improve the quality of customer service.Overall I am very pleased with the car in terms of looks and practicality but unfortunately the after sales and service is very unprofessional.I'm sure, I won't decide on another Skoda, but it's just that I had a very unpleasant experience.

Excellent in all respects thanks. Booked a service as a waiting appointment and the time for the service was quicker than I was advised and they called me in advance of it being finished so I wasn't kept waiting when I returned. I'd happily recommend.

Ioana Blaj and her manager were very very helpful to the point that they stayed 30-45min overtime to make sure I could find the right car for me. We went to the store for three days straight and took a test drive where Ioana was very reassuring as I was quite nervous (I just recently passed my driving test hence the nerves). The customer service was top notch! Definitely recommend!

How long does it take for Marshall to change oil in your car?Booked waiting" appointment for simple oil change. At arrival I was told that waiting time will be around 2 hours which in was not acceptable for mid day Thursday. Left with a taxi expecting a call back 2 hours later...3.5 hours later I am chasing them to find out it "went on"...5.5 hours later I am in waiting area.. still haven't got my car back."

I've had a fantastic buying experience this week with Skoda Milton Keynes. Ioana has been excellent - pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable, prompt in getting back to me with quotes, and no pressure put on me as the customer (as you often get with sales experiences).All in all, I'd highly recommend Skoda MK to anyone!
