Great service from Wayne and the team on Friday afternoon after we arrived without an appointment. Helpful & knowledgeable, talked us through our options without any hard sell, kept the kids entertained. Excellent service. Bought an ex test drive car and there were a couple of issues. Great response no waffle or nonsense, apologised, acknowledged it wasn't okay and got it sorted out very quickly ensuring there was no inconvenience to me. Claire Beecham was the main person I dealt with and that was a great experience as well. Knowledgeable, professional but friendly...perfect.

I visited Marshall Skoda Dartford to buy a car I'd seen on autotrader. I met with James who was really pleasant, helpful and knew his stuff. He arranged a test drive, gave us a great intro to the car and gave us plenty of time to take a look at the car and make our decision.He explained all the options around finance to purchase and various additional insurance options. The whole process was very straightforward from when we decided to buy until collecting the car.We’re really enjoying our new wheels, thanks James!

Received great service from James. Everything has been explained to me. Had great experience as needed car fairly quickly. I was surprised how quickly everything was arranged and dealt with.

Booked and went in for a test drive with Justas who went through some information prior to the meeting. Then on the day, explained a lot of the process and information i needed to make a decision and answered all my questions. The best part was Justas was patient with me and not trying to rush me in making a decision or push me along. He allowed me to go through the process at my pace. This is what you call customer service. He also made a couple of follow up calls to make sure everything was fine and if i had any other questions (i did :) ).
