I had reason to visit Skoda Canterbury, what a beautiful Showroom with absolutely friendly, polite and very helpful staff. From entering with a friendly receptionist and the most helpful member of the service team Lucy Tetley, who went above and beyond to help me. I can not recommend this dealership more.

I am not local and don’t post reviews often but I think a comment is worth while here. I went in with a query regarding a part on my 2011 Skoda Yeti. I was greeted by a very nice receptionist, followed by a manager and then followed by Sebastian a salesman. A great bunch! Sebastian was very friendly and talkative and even though I wasn’t there to buy a car he made me feel very much like family. It’s a shame you’re not my local dealer. Thanks a lot Skoda Canterbury. A bomb proof customer experience, a bit like your wonderful Yeti. Best regards Joe
