Worst after sales experience ever.Brought a service plan but after booking one for six weeks time (closest they could offer) it got cancelled.Car is just over two years old now. Car play and Bluetooth still don’t work, handbrake freezes so much so that after a weeks holiday I had to call in a mechanic to get the car moving in the airport car park. Front fog light isn’t watertight so is full of mud. Emails take weeks to be responded to and I have to chase multiple times for an answer.Service at Waterbeach are slow to respond.If you’re looking to buy I would go to Letchworth - my previous car was from there and the customer service was exemplary.

First time buying a new car can seem daunting, but Matt put all my worries at ease and was happy to answer any and all questions.He was honest, polite and upfront about everything. Matt didn't need to use any sales techniques to pressure me into a purchase and I came out with a stunning new car and a good deal!Will definitely be returning in a few years for my next upgrade. I went to the dealership today and met with Mark - although I found out afterwards he was actually the manager he wasn’t afraid to be hands on! He greeted us and made us feel very welcome and having had a very different experience with a local Skoda dealership from another dealer group we’re now fully invested with the Skoda brand once more! I made the inquiry on purchasing a new vehicle for March Delivery to be original told I could not take delivery then due to the shortage space in their showroom they wanted me to take the vehicle now since it was in their stock. After saying I was a paying customer and did not want it till March they reluctantly agreed. I was purchasing this vehicle for my wife and she would be out of the country till mid March. The next point of interest was a traditional sales ploy by being told they had someone else interested in the same vehicle and they were due to visit the next day . Felling this was a sales tactic I did not offer a deposit at the time. Needless to say when corresponding with the sales executive David the following day the customer had not been in and was not returning his calls. I said I am interested in doing a deal but was not willing to pay and admin fee since I have never in the past why should I since they have to do the paperwork anyway. They have an admin office and they already get paid a salary. David offered me a boot liner to off set the cost. I called up on Saturday morning to place the reservation to secure the deal only to have the phone ring for 1 minute and 58 seconds at 10 am in the morning not to be answered.I sent David an email making him aware of this to receive a response sorry we only have 2 sales people in and a manager and no one could get to the phone. I am with a customer I will call you back at a specific time. David did not call me as agreed. After sending David an email making him aware I was expecting his call that never happened. I received a response saying still with customers can I call you Monday. If I was financing the vehicle or taking the add on products they wanted I might have had a better experience cause then the sales executive would make more money out of my business. With this in mind I feel as if I must apologize to the staff there for wanting to spending my money with them clearly they don't need my business.

From first viewing of a new car to the actual purchase and handover the staff were excellent and were very helpful. Any questions I asked were answered in an easy to understand format.

Great team. I dealt with David, Daniel and both the Matts. All really helpful, provided great customer service ... and gave me a fantastic deal!David spent an hour and a half with me at collection to ensure all the basics were set up and installed a dash cam. Makes such a difference.Thank you, gents.

I took my car in for a quote on a bodywork repair. I waited weeks for the quote and had no contact from them.I chased three weeks ago and was told someone would be in touch. No one got in touch.I chased again last week and was told the same. No one got in touch.I chased yesterday and was told the same. No one got in touch.I chased again this morning and told them if I didn't hear back from someone by 12 noon, I would start leaving negative reviews.It is not 12:07pm and no one has been in touch with me.
